By sheer determination and will power I bypassed the impulse to order my dinner last night, and made myself orzo with spinach sauteed with garlic and olive oil, topped with fresh grated parmesan cheese.  Simple, but tasty, complicated-sounding, but still easy enough to throw together before schelpping to the laundromat.
